Jay-Z & Beyonce Renting Hamptons Digs Featured on "Teen Cribs" [NEWS/VIDEO]
According to the New York Post, Bey & Jay have rented the Sandcastle Estate in Bridgehampton for the month of August at a staggering $400,000! The gorgeous compound features an insane amount of extras including a bowling alley, 60-ft heated indoor pool, a rock climbing wall, a spa & gym, and of course a recording studio. There's too much excess to mention but luckily this home was featured on an episode of MTV's "Teen Cribs" back in 2009. Watch the full episode and try not to drool.. This is what $12,900 per day will get you. Baby Blue will be along for the ride but something tells me she won't remember a damn thing about this vacay (see: infant amnesia).. Hit the jump for some photos of the 31,000 square foot monstrosity..Thursday, July 19, 2012

Rocawear Presents Jay-Z From "Marcy to Barclays" (Commercial) [VIDEO]
youtube link
As I prepare for my permanent mayorship at the Barclay's Center, the promos continue to roll out- no one draws more attention and fanfare to the new arena than Jay-Z.. The first ever Rocawear commercial is a retrospective of Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter's journey as a kid growing up in the humble projects of Brooklyn aspiring to make music and eventually making history. On that journey, the first business beyond music was the birth of Rocawear. Carter's Rocawear brand represents his prowess as a business man who continues to challenge himself to be more than merely a musician.

Nothing but happiness in these photos posted by Jay a few moments ago on his site life+times.
Check out proud papa Jay and a glowing Beyonce in the hospital after the birth of their first daughter. Continue after the jump to see more pictures of Baby Blue. Seems like they continue to handle things like this on their own, and respectably did not try to sell the photos to tabloids. Congrats to the lucky couple!

Watch The Throne Vinyl 2LP Available NOW... For $140 Retail!! [SHOP]
A few weeks after WTT released, I took a break from trying to find out when the vinyl edition would be released.. I figured they would eventually do it but wasn't going to hold my bearth.. Well after 5 months, the junkies get their wish, albeit at hefty price ($139.98 retail)... If you are still interested in picking up the 2LP after hearing that amount, know that it features two picture discs plus a 4-way folding embossed gold cover. Not sure what else is included (a poster is a possibility, though there are minimal reports on the fnal product).. Also, I like the pic discs but think it would have been dope to see gold records instead.. Oh well, anyone wanna buy me an early bday gift? ;) (spotted at Amazon for $125, and at $102 with private amazon seller).. Hit the jump/continue to see more images..
