VladTV caught up with the incomparable E-40 who explained why he considers himself an innovator of rap music and how he still sees himself as an underdog in the game. He also dishes on his new two album project with Too $hort, "E-40 & Too $hort: The History Channel," which will be dropping on the same day.
On top of this exciting news, earlier today a mere suggestion from a fan on twitter created a bridge between E-40 and Detroit's Danny Brown, who subsequently announced that our wishes would be granted and a collaboration will soon be in the works!
