Less than an hour ago Dream Hampton, friend and ex-fiancee of Heavy D tweeted of his passing.. I knew from then that it was true but TMZ and other news outlets have now confirmed the horrible news.. This video from Tim Westwood seems to be the last interview footage available of the legend, real name Dwight Arrington Myers, who appears in perfectly good condition. Hell, I still can't believe this- he put on such a great show at the BET awards. Rest in peace Hev. Prayers and condolences to his friends and family from waterblocknyc.com
