Lauryn Hill more than warmed up for her winter tour at Toad's Place in New Haven, CT this Wednesday night (12/22).. She performed a barrage of hits such as "Killing Me Softly," "Lost Ones," and "Doo Wop (That Thing)," backed by her jazzy/spontaneous band.. Lauryn has a slew of show dates starting next Monday at Highline Ballroom in NYC, followed by 5 more dates in the NYC area in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and back in Manhattan to the Bowery Ballroom and then aa three night run at the Blue Note Jazz club. Among other stops, the revered songstress will also show her talents in her home state of New Jersey while playing for sold out crowds in both Atlantic City and Montclair.
