Beyonce's birthday just passed this Saturday (September 4th), and Jay-Z definitely didnt forget... According to Mediatakeout (I know, I know, this could be just a rumor), Jay-Z bought Beyonce an island in the Florida Keys for $20 million! The insider explained, "The island is 12.5 acres and about 2.5 miles offshore . . . it's a tropical paradise." The insider continued, "[Jay Z and] Beyonce had been looking at the island in the past, and now [Jay Z] decided to buy it."
I wouldn't doubt it. There are actually are a lot of private islands for sale in South Florida.
