VIDEO: Lady GaGa performs Live on The Today Show - Draws Record Crowd of 20,000 [FULL]

The Little Monsters began camping out for Lady Gaga’s concert at New York’s Rockefeller Plaza for the Today Show concert series as early as yesterday morning. By this morning, there were thousands of them waiting for their Mother Monster — around 20,000 if estimates are correct.

Besides making sure many of the fans camping out had water to drink and pizza to eat while they waited overnight, Gaga made sure her fans saw a show they’d never forget when she hit the stage.

Gaga went all out for her mini-concert. She started out on a fog-filled stage doing a jazzy cover of “Someone To Watch Over Me” before launching into her hit “Bad Romance.” Later, she came back on piano for “You and I,” a new song from her upcoming third album, then changed into a black suit for “Alejandro.”

As rain began to drench the plaza, Gaga kept things going with a wet-and-wild performance of “Teeth,” in which she kind-of struck out at critics of her very symbolic “Alejandro” video, saying, “Some people say I’m not a religious woman, so come on New York. Let’s go to church!”
