"Studio Gangster" (c)Eazy EAccording to court documents obtained by Radaronline, Paramount Recording Studios is suing Andre Young aka Dr. Dre & his Aftermath Entertainment imprint for a total sum of $1,220,500 for refusing to pay for studio time:
From April 2009 through June 2010, "Andre Young, Aftermath, et al. would rent recording studios and services to Paramount Recording Studios at agreed rates. The services were rendered by Paramount Recording, but [Dr. Dre has] refused to pay the agreed upon amount as itemized in multiple invoices...
"In June 2010, Defendant Young orally promised to pay [the amount] off in full no later than July 13, 2010."
Well, apparently he didn't live up to his promise because these Paramount had to get their legal team involved! Seems like Dre has been racking up PLENTY of studio time, but no Detox...
